How it works

Three labels. One important boundary.

The directory describes the public route. The provider decides whether that route is available to you.

Provider publishes self-requestThe official page describes a way for a person to start directly, usually followed by clinical and insurance review.
Provider publishes clinician-order routeThe program may avoid a gastroenterology consultation, but a primary care or other clinician order is part of the published process.
Contact provider to confirm routeThe public details do not justify a stronger label.
