What we do not collect
We do not ask for names, dates of birth, symptoms, diagnoses, insurance numbers, medication lists, appointments or medical history. Search words and ZIP codes are processed in your browser, removed from the address bar and are not sent as Google Analytics event values.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics, using measurement ID G-8VJEZD90YV, loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It may receive ordinary measurement information such as the page viewed, browser and device details, referral source and approximate location. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
You can decline without losing any directory function. Your choice is stored in this browser so the question is not repeated on every page.

Hosting information
Hosting and network providers may process standard technical request logs for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention.
Email and external sites
Do not send health information by email. Provider websites and Google have their own privacy practices.
